How are Diaphragm and Emotion Related?
Learning to sing and use your diaphragm can seem very complicated. Especially when everyone keeps saying that “You don’t know how to breath.”, well I can guarantee that you do in fact know how to breath. And using your breathing correctly is as simple as using emotion.
Every time you have ever felt angry and you were ready to tell someone what’s on your mind, I promise for no moment did you ever run out of breath and your diaphragm improperly.
Your diaphragm is connected to your emotions! So when you have trouble breathing properly it will always be because you are singing something that makes you feel nervous, or you were already nervous about something
By doing some of the simple breathing exercises in this video you will learn how to reset your diaphragm and ensure you are always singing and breathing confidently even when you feel the least confident.
There are so many things to learn about breathing and singing! But the most important thing to remember always tis that your breath control will always be connected to your emotion.
